Work: A Pain in the Neck! (And Back!)

Do you work at a desk all day?  Sitting at a desk for 8 hours per day can take a toll on your neck, back, and arms.  A few tips can help combat achy pain and stiffness:
-Get up and move!  Every 20-30 minutes take a break and move.
-Stretchhh!  Stretch your neck, shoulders, back, and arms.  A few good stretches include: neck rotations, fist clenches, arm dangles, and shoulder shrugs.
These tips will lead to better posture and fewer aches and pains!
